LH | Lewis H. Designs Terms of Service

Agreement of the Terms

By purchasing a product and/or service from Lewis H. Designs, you are agreeing to the following terms of service and any applicable laws and regulations. Disagreement with any of the following terms or violation of any terms will result in the termination of your access to our products or services.

Payment

Transactions for our products and services will be either paid to a developer providing you with such product and/or service. If you are paying a developer handling your product or service, the developer may choose to have you pay via PayPal, Stripe, Cashapp, or other payment methods. If a transaction is to be paid through PayPal, payment must be sent in the developer's specified currency, and as a "Friends or Family" payment.

Disputes

Filing disputes against a developer through PayPal is strictly prohibited. If a customer files a dispute on either payment application, the customer will be banned from our Discord. This ban is permanent and cannot be appealed under any circumstance.

Refunds

All of our products and services are digital and are non-refundable once a service or product(s) have either been provided or work has begun on a service or product(s). Refunds are non-negotiable. Also no refund has to be provided if the developer feels like this product is going to be misused. Additionally, service can be refused after payment.

Distribution of Service

Once a member has purchased a product and/or service from Lewis H. Designs, they become our customer; thus, it is their sole responsibility to protect any files from being redistributed on unofficial Lewis H. Designs sites or Discords. Any product or service made by Lewis H. is not to be shared with any third-party servers or roleplay communities. The customer is entitled to share files with a server that they are within. However, upon the customer's decision to leave a server using shared files, they must be immediately removed from said server. If any files are found to have been redistributed and said files are traced back to the original purchaser, they will face consequences.

Usage of Service

A customer of Lewis H. Designs is not to do the following with any purchased Lewis H. product or service:

• Modify, rip, or plagiarize the product and/or service.
• Redistribute or resell the product unless sufficient permissions have been provided.
• Distribute the product and/or service to a user not relevant to a server or any server development.
• Claim any and all credit for any product and/or service.

Commissions and Resale

By commissioning a product or service from Lewis H. Designs, the customer agrees that the commissioned work can be resold by Lewis H. Designs. Opening a ticket for a commission indicates acceptance of these terms and the customer's agreement to the potential resale of their commissioned product or service.

Further Information

Management of Lewis H. Designs is entitled to amend these Terms of Service at any given point in time without serving notification regarding any amendments.
